March 2023 – Curling, Curling, Curling!

Most of March went by very slowly until the 16th, when we got on a plane to Toronto to rekindle our annual Can/Am Cup! We weren’t able to cross the border in 2021 or 2022, so it had been a long three years since the last time this crowd had the chance to get together.

While the trophy only lists champions since 2010, we did some sleuthing during our time together and determined that the first event was actually in 2008. So, if it weren’t for COVID, this would have been the 16th year. And I’m still not a winner, but I kind of am. And that’s okay.
